It's hard to figure out which is the main attraction at Peaches Christ's annual summer movie series "Midnight Mass": The delicious romp through cinematic camp intended and otherwise, or the alternately hilarious and frightening pre-film spectacles Peaches tacks to the bill. It's sort of two shows in one... With drag queens plying the aisles and a sometimes-costumed, hootenanny crowd stumbling in from whatever Saturday night trouble they've gotten themselves into, it's a cross between a Halloween party and the weirdest religious pilgrimage you've ever seen.
